As part of its family-centered approach, Gurvan Bukhat Group, the developer of the Arga Bilig business-class residential complex, announced that it would award a two-bedroom apartment to a teacher’s family in celebration of International Day of Families, held annually on May 15 by the United Nations.
Previously, during the “FamilyFIRST – Children’s Day Street Festival” organized in 2023 for Children’s Rights Day, Gurvan Bukhat Group awarded a certificate for a two-bedroom apartment to the family of teacher G. Sukhbat, who serves at Schools No. 29 and 70, recognizing their valuable contribution to the education sector as part of the company’s social responsibility initiatives.
Now, in 2025, the teacher’s family is set to move into their new home in the Arga Bilig residential complex. This human-centered, child-friendly community represents the fruit of their dedication and hard work, providing a safe, comfortable, and sustainable new beginning for their family life.
The apartment award was part of the “Everyone Loves Children” video content competition, implemented jointly by the UNICEF Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar City Education Department, and Gurvan Bukhat Group. Over 260 teacher families participated, with the top 20 projects selected. The highest-rated teacher family received the certificate for a two-bedroom apartment.
Additionally, the other 19 selected teacher families were granted the special right to purchase space in the Arga Bilig complex at a discounted rate of ₮200,000 per square meter, offering a tangible opportunity to improve their quality of life.
